Thermal Galicia

Galicia has more mineral water flow than any other region in Spain, with spa resorts in Ourense, Lugo, Pontevedra and A Coruña. Many pair the spring with a hotel, which makes multi-day programmes possible without changing base.

Recovery for teams

Thermal circuits, contrast pools and physiotherapy fit well into a training camp schedule. We coordinate the sessions with the coaching staff so they do not clash with training.

Short breaks and groups

For groups we arrange weekend or midweek stays with board, thermal circuit and treatments booked in time slots so nobody is left waiting.
